Claus Kastberg Nielsen Partner, Managing Director Claus Kastberg Nielsen is the founder, partner and Managing Director of Copenhagen Eco-nomics and is in charge of the company’s competition practice in Denmark, Norway and Brussels.   Claus specialises in advising clients on economic aspects of competition cases, in particular concerning Article 101, damage claims, and Article 102; as well as economic aspects of regulatory design and management, including policy impact assessments.
